Penn Township, Westmoreland County utilizes a department structure to manage day to day operations. If you need to find information, and you have tried the 'Advanced Search' field to the right, check the staff below to see if they handle your issue.

A. Community Development Department:

  1. Questions about property you want to develop is handled by Bill Roberts, ext. 207.

  2. Inspections, Occupancy Permits and Building Permits can be handled by Mike Stack, ext. 208.

  3. Complaints about burning, illegal building, and signs are handled by Mark Cypher, ext. 209.

  4. Questions about filing applications, sending or requesting forms or applications, are handled by JeanAnn Greer, ext. 210.

B. Administration:

  1. Questions for the Commissiners can be directed to the Township Manager, Alex Graziani, ext. 201.

  2. Questions regarding vendors, payables, and receivables is handled by the Finance Director, Mary Perez, ext. 202.

  3. Reserving a pavillion is handled by Marilyn Rauso, ext. 211.

C. Road Maintenance and Snow Removal:
  Scott Fodi handles questions regarding road maintance and snow removal, and he can be reached at 724-863-5710 ext. 1.
