Parks in Penn Township are governed by rules that the Township's Commissioners approve. Rules are posted on the right side of this page. If you have any questions regarding these rules please contact the Township Secretary/Manager.

Recreation opportunities are available through out the township through a variety of parks, facilities, programs, classes, and organizations. The information posted here is presented as a public service and is not fully inclusive.
Athletic Teams
Several athletic teams organize annually in Penn Township. For more information about getting involved with one of these teams, contact the sport representative at left.

Supervised playground activities are held each year in several
Penn Township area playgrounds.
Fishing
Fishing for fun in the municipal park pond is subject to the General Park rules and the rules established by the Pennsylvania Fish Commission. Click Here
The pond is stocked with fish prior to the fishing season and daily limits apply. Please read the General Park rules.
Penn-Trafford Community Band
The Penn-Trafford Community Band plays at various community days, church festivals, organizational gatherings and special events throughout the area.
The community band is open to area residents of any age and talent level who enjoy playing music and entertaining audiences with musical selections.

Penn Township Fall Festival
An annual festival celebrating the founding of Penn Township for 3 days in September. Organized by a committee of volunteers, the festival is a true family event that rides and entertainment along with food, crafts, games, fireworks, and vendors of all types for the public to enjoy.
